Foreword by Richard Whelan. SIGNED & WARMLY INSCRIBED by Cornell Capa to fellow photojournalist Carl Mydans on the half title, and additionally signed by both Capa and Whelan on the title page. Carl Mydans (May 20, 1907 – August 16, 2004) was an American photographer who worked for the Farm Security Administration and Life magazine.
