Designed as a ladybug, set with two 'corallium rubrum' coral cabochons and four single-cut diamonds, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered, French assay marks for 18 carat yellow gold, measurements 1.30 x 1.20 cm, gross weight 2.84 grams.
