The first showing French nationals dedicating one of the US Cemeteries with the inscription "FRENCH HONOR AMERICAN HEROES! Among the most sacred spots in France are the American Cemeteries where rest the American heroes who died fighting for Liberty. These graves are being tenderly cared for by the French. How can you speak of sacrifice in the purchase of Liberty Bonds when you contemplate the investment these boys have made for the cause of Liberty?". The second shows the US Marines at Belleau Woods with the inscription "DEVIL-DOGS" PEPPERING THE HUNS WITH HAND GRENADES In a furious assault American marines killed, wounded and captured over a thousand Huns and drove them headlong from Belleau Woods. The picture shows the "devil-dogs" crouching low in shell holes and behind embankments to escape bursting shrapnel, while they throw hand- grenades into the Hun trenches. Keep them supplied with hand-grenades Buy Liberty Bonds to your utmost. Both are excellent.
