Volumes I and II within a hard case sleeve ' A Chippendale Commission', 31cm, 6cm, 6cm *The dispersal of the collection was prevented at the last minute due to the intervention of His Royal Highness King Charles, who raised the funds to acquire the entire collection for the state. Dumfries House and contents became part of The National Trust and remains open to the public*
