Good set of three SS Polizei documents connected to the service of Obergefreiter Anton Somereder in Calw (west of Stutgartt) who remained in service from 1938 until 1945. Included is: a rare 6pp. 4to. SS imprint, Apr. 19, 1940, issued under Himmler's name: 'Current Service Penal Code Code for Police Troops', laying out the procedures to be used in case of infractions, and penalties to be meted out to those errant SS polizei. These include different types of arrests, including limited rations, hard beds, recourse to be made to Himmler, etc. WITH: an SS 'Comradeship Evening' program, 2pp. legal folio, Calw, Sep. 24, 1938. The program, apparently honoring recruits, included songs and a comedy sketch. The verso is a full page of lyrics for the comedic songs presented at the event. Stained a bit. With a receipt issued to Somereder in March, 1945. Three pieces.
