Muirhead & Sons Glascow, Scotland, hanging regulator or tavern clock in a quarter sawn oak case, black reverse painted glass dial with gilt roman numerals, brass spade hands, eight day, time and strike, spring driven brass fusee movement and a bimetallic pendulum with decorative double headed eagle gold leafed pendulum bob

Condition

case in very good condition in an old finish has age cracks to the veneered round top, original glass dial is good with some crazing of the background paint, original hands and pendulum, heavy plate movement striking on a gong, decorative eagle pendulum bob in good condition, ACCESSORIES: Pendulum, Winding Crank, Door Key, circa 1860
