The porcelain potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick, flaring rim with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in deep blue and white color, depicted of swim carp through water plan, flowers bloom and sea grass. The Carp Similar sounding to the word Business in Chinese, the carp symbolizes a wish for benefit or advantage in business, and accepted to represent longevity, wealth, abundance, and perseverance. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed gilt script characters reign mark, enclosed within rectangle lines. Made in The Years ChengHua Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
