Antique Shipwreck Pottery Bowl South China SeaAncient Imperial China, Ming Dynasty, circa 1368 to 1644 CE hand built pottery porcelain bowl with tall walls and squat feet. Great piece, most probably a shipwreck recovered item. The bowl has a nicely built dome shape, relatively lustrous white glaze finish in astonishing good condition. The general lines are minimalist and of great elegance. The bottom has encrustations. Provenance: Private Lumberton, Texas, USA Collection, acquired before 2010. NOTE: base is a courtesy of the auction house, not an original matching part, but a gift to our buyers.Dimensions D 7.65" inches / All measurements are approximate / Antique Condition.
