Adlake Baltimore & Ohio Railroad switch lamp equipped with repainted green and yellow day targets with moderate peeling to the green pain and some chipping to the yellow. Lamp is marked with B&O R.R. tag on the chimney. The burner pot and wick raiser are present but show general surface rust. The body is original with surface rust and wear. Red and green lenses are present but show yellow paint, scratches, and a hole in a blue green lens. One yellow day target has B&O written in sharpie at the bottom.
