Item Details
Description
*NO SHIPPING! - PICKUP OR THIRD PARTY TRANSPORT ONLY* This Rayolite Rifle Range ModelG-1 coin operated game was produced by J.P. Seeburg of Chicago Illinois starting in 1940. The game features a cabinet with a revolving traveling target and a remote cable tethered shooting station where the shooter uses a realistic rifle to shoot a light beam at the moving target to score points. During WW II Coinex (Coin Machine Equipment Co) of Chicago made conversion kits for the game such as, "Shoot the Rats" (Hitler & Tojo), "Chicken Sam" and others. Seeburg made other updated models such as "Shoot the Bear", Coon Hunt" and others. This unit can be wall hung (no brackets included) or set on a counter or table. Currently painted robin's egg blue paint and is in great, working condition on 5 cent operation.. It was purchased from a gentleman in Evanston who had purchased it in the 1970s from a local Moose lodge that was being torn down. Restored by current owner including: All moving parts cleaned and lubricated - track cleaned for excellent travel and electrical contact - rebuilt amplifier with new capacitors - new belt - new gun cable - new vinyl score glass numbers (originals were flaking badly) - new motor assembly dampening washers. This super sweet shooting game has been tested right here and the operator is able to select 10 or 20 shots, change motor speed and operation - forward: Upon hitting the target, the score is awarded and the target continues on travel path. Reverse: Upon target hit, score is rewarded and target motor reverses travel. Also included are complete factory manual and schematic, extra set of NOS vacuum tubes, 3D printed, unpainted Chicken Sam mannequin/legs and new lenses created by current owner. This can be painted to shoot who/whatever you'd like. Last but not least is an aftermarket 'Replay' box that piggybacks on the gun stand connector - plug it into a score bulb socket to provide a free game at that score. Cabinet measures approximately 37" wide, 34.5" tall, 15" deep. and gun holder/coin box is 34" tall, 15.5" wide, 15.5"deep. No shipping on this item. Pickup or 3rd party transport only.
