Charles Herbert Woodbury

1864-1940
Depicts a large ship docked near a harbor side town. Woodbury was the youngest person ever elected to the Boston Art Club, graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Not long after, Woodbury left for Paris to study at the Academie Julian only to return and become a prominent plein air painter.
Etching on paper,Sight 17 1/2" x 11 1/2".Frame 25 1/2" x 19 1/2"
Signed "Chas. Herbert Woodbury" in pencil along bottom margin.
