Both the teapot and the cups resemble sections of a plum tree. The teapot bears a maker's mark at the base and at the underside of the lid. All the cups are in very good condition, the teapot is in overall good condition with a tiny shallow chip to the rim of the top surface of the lid, a few minute chips to the foot rim and a light scratch on the underside surface of the lid.
