Charles Grant Davidson (1865 - 1945) Watercolor on paper, signed lower right, measures 12 x 10 inches and 16 x 13.5 inches. Often confused with British painter Charles Davidson who signed his name "Chas" Davidson, this artist, Charles Grant Davidson was a watercolor specialist whose studio was in New York City. Exhibition venues included the Art Institute of Chicago and the National Academy of Design.
