This is a Meissen figure of a lovely lady depicting the sense of smell
Meissen "Sense of Smell" figure, emblematic of the Five Senses, Depicts a woman in 18th-century attire seated beside a tea table, with fragrant items including a basket of flowers and a bottle of perfume
She has beautiful clothing, including a dress with lace
She is sitting on a stool at her table taking the time to smell the flowers
She has flowers on her lap, in a reticulated basket on her table, on her hat, and in her hand which she is smelling
There is intricate detail on this Meissen figurine
