TITLE: 17th C Gothic Forged Votive Saint's Crown
MEDIUM: Enameled Iron Construction set with Faux Stones
DIMENSIONS: 10 x 11 inches
CIRCA: Late 17th C.
ATTRIBUTION: Western Europe
DESCRIPTION: The subject item is a votive saint's crown forged and assembled of tinkered and cast iron. The head band has been decorated with red enameling and set with red and turquoise-blue colored stones. The arches framing the top are of a French Gothic style.
CONDITION: All Original and in Unaltered Condition. Some original stones missing/ joint separations.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Dust with a soft rag.
