Chinese export porcelain armorial teapot, verney and heath, 18th century. With coat of arms Verney with Heath in pretense, banner reading "Vertue Vaunceth", rouge de fer and gold decoration, lid in matching design.

Provenance: Estate of Lynda Miller Lipscomb, Charleston, South Carolina

Condition: Anomalies and pinholes, loss to gilt, surface anomaly which fluoresces across body, possible retouch.
