Romain de Tirtoff was a Russian and French artist and designer known by the pseudonym Erte, from the French pronunciation of his initials. He was a 20th century genuis artist, graphic artist, illustrator, set designer, fashion designer, sculptor of the Art deco era, Russian origin, who worked in Paris and Hollywood.
