A wheellock pistol, Cuirasseer Regiment Kaunitz-Rietberg, Suhl, ca. 1670Barrel octagonal to round, length 34.1 cm, cal. 14 mm. The left-hand side of the chamber area marked "IR" over a heart, the underside with proof marks "SVL" and hen. Lock with external wheel with single wheel bearing, slightly cambered lock plate, the pan with a sliding cover, angled cock. Spring-loaded trigger. Iron furniture with butt cap (a bit wiggly), trigger guard, and one ramrod thimble. Walnut stock with some minor damage, the underside marked "49" in Roman numbers. Wooden ramrod with iron tip.
