Later the show would be called just Lieutenant and ran for two years on CBS 1962-1964 it was his FIRST show and first writing job HE Himself was a Lieutenant in the war and was obviously writing with first hand experience of course his NEXT series would be STAR TREK which would immortalize him forever.
