Martial Fray operated in Paris at 22 rue Pastourelle in the 3rd arrondissment here in Paris between 1849 and 1861. This set is in excellent condition and comes with its own anti-tarnish storage wrap for easy storage. The dainty gold plated 950 sterling silver (vermeil) serving spoons measure approximately 15.3 cm. in length and weighs roughly 18 grams. Each are stamped with the French government's Head of the Minerva 1 hallmark as well as the Francois Pamphile Jozan sterling silver manufacturer's hallmark.
