Good condition commensurate with age. The removable central panel can be worn on a ribbon as a dog collar necklace. Blue enamel chipped in several areas. Diamonds: 83 approx. 8.00 - 9.00 cts TW by measurement. Unmarked, tests at 18k yellow gold.
