Large early Swimming Minnow, 4 3/8", finished in yellow with black back stripe and red spots, prominent hand painted gill marks, good glass eyes and the original belly pin, about VG+ with wear, pointers, small flakes and age lines. Coming in its very rare c1910 introductory box, rough but solid and with clearly printed "Heddon's Swimming Minnow No. 901" on the end. Also included is a The New Baby Crab Wiggler fold out paper. With only a handful of these introductory 901 boxes known, an important addition to any Heddon collection.
