Description

Previously owned by renown angling author Art Flick, this 2-pc. rod comes with 3 tips. The inscription above the handle on 2 flats reads: "Dickerson 8014 '50, Art Flick". This rod has translucent brown wraps tipped black, blued ferrules, a smoky agate stripper, a gently Western style cork grip with some soiling and light ridging, and a screw down-locking reel seat with walnut spacer. The butt and 2 tips have 3x3 node spacing and the third tip has 2x2 nodes and the guides have a darker finish. The snake guides have very light surface rust near their feet and all the tips have light fishing sets. There is normal wear on the varnish finish. Included with this rod is the original hooded khaki bag made for 2 tips and brass-capped tube.
