Finished in bold yellow, white and green, 18" overall (custom size never produced for sale), with its original matching oversized top ball, shiny Ex-/Ex (few tiny chips, age lines). Dating from the 1950's-60's, originating from the Ideal Fishing Float Co. of Richmond, Virginia. This large graphic bobber was produced by an Ideal factory employee, who over two decades occasionally made extraordinary examples for himself or as gifts, in stock and custom colors, usually in uncataloged patterns and sizes. Many of these floats were one of a kind, each a striking display piece in its own right.
