Condition Details: This stunning set of dining chairs has recently undergone a comprehensive and transformative restoration process that features new white cotton boucle by Knoll Fabrics. The mix of solid and veneered Brazilian Rosewood is in 100% original vintage condition and shows only minor signs of vintage wear such as light nicks and minor surface scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided). With that said there are no stains gouges or other wear on the wood whatsoever and the variegated woodgrains are absolutely arresting in natural light.
The seats and back cushions have been reupholstered in a fabulous white cotton boucle by Knoll Fabrics and are in showroom never-used condition and perfectly off-set the warm woodgrains of the frames. The solid chrome fasteners have been hand-polished and have been brought back to their original luster showing no rust or pitting.
This ultra-stylish set of dining chairs are incredibly comfortable structurally sound and ready for a literal lifetime more of use.
