Description
Chinese Porcelain Famille Rose Celadon Charger, Nineteenth Century. Painted in the center with a large sleeve vase, filled with lotus blossoms and pomegranate stems, superimposed over two vessels sitting on an altar table, and a sword behind ribbon-tied boxes, a cat seated on a cushion nearby, beneath a ruyi scepter suspending a scroll, and scattered overall with clusters of precious objects, fruit, floral sprays and sprigs, birds and insects. (As-is). H: 2.25 in., Diam: 15 in. Provenance: Property from the Collection of Cortlandt and Nancy Knowles Parker, Greenvale Farm Estate and Vineyard, Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
