Chinese Blue and White Porcelain 'Chicken Head' Ewer, Ming Dynasty, and Seven Small and Miniature Wares. Comprising a ewer of globular form with short waisted neck, applied on one side with a spout in the form of a chicken's head and on the opposite with a handle in the form of a tail, the sides painted with flowers and vinery and the shoulders surrounded by a ruyi head border, with hardwood stand; two similar 'Peony Scroll' jars; a vase painted with a flower and leaves; a teacup, vase, jar and cover and miniature bowl on hardwood stand. Ewer: H: 2.875 in., W: 4 in., D: 3.125 in.
