CONDITION: Moderate to heavy losses, cracks, and tears to leather. Heavy gilt loss to leather. Non-repaired moderate losses to wood on one arm. Other, non-repaired minor losses to wood. Repairs to both back uprights, including to replace moderate wood loss. Repair to one back leg to replace heavy wood loss. Partial separation of fringe at one side. Minor to moderate termite holing. Cracks, repairs, and gilt loss to acanthus ornaments. Other, minor cracks, scuffs, and scratches, consistent with age and use.
