Lafon, professor of neuropsychiatry, University of Montpellier, France; Dr. Lionel S. Penrose, professor of eugenics, University College, London; Senator Lister Hill of Alabama; Bert T. Combs, former Governor of Kentucky; and Representative John E. Fogarty of Rhode Island.
