Both the truck and charger. The battery may need to be replaced eventually as the old battery's charge does not last very long. The truck is approx 11"x 18" x 18" and it weighs 4.5lbs. The remote is approx 5 1/2" x 2" x 9" and it weighs 0.31lb. The charger is approx 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 4" and it weighs 2lbs.

This comes with the chargeable battery, but not the two required 9V Alkaline batteries. One goes into the truck under the chargeable battery and the other goes into the remote.
