Unexamined out of frame.
The copper panel appears to be in good order and the paint surface is relatively clean. There is a little abrasion around the edges, where the frame has rubbed. In strong light it is just possible to see a diagonal line of infilling, lower right.
Inspection under UV light reveals the aforementioned line of infilling.
