A George III 18th century silver teapot, mark of Charles Aldridge, London 1798, of oval form with vertical flutes, top and bottom borders of bright cut engraving, sides each with a bright cut and foliate bordered shield shaped cartouche, one vacant, the other engraved with an as yet unidentified crest, part mark flush fitting slightly domed hinged cover topped with an ivory rosette finial, capped brown handle and straight spout, 483.4g (15.5ozt) This item is offered for sale in accordance with the Ivory Act 2018 and has been assigned an exemption certificate Ref No: AZ2SKNRG
