CONDITION OF ITEMS - All items are being sold in as is, where is condition with no expressed or implied warranty of any kind. All descriptions, photographs, and information are offered only as a guideline. It is not supplied of a warranty of the item being sold. Stantons will be glad to do an inspection of the items that you have an interest in bidding on; however, that inspection is only our opinion and does not imply a warranty or change the fact that all items are being sold in as is condition. Final determination of the condition of the any item, however, is the Buyers responsibility. All sales are final. Again, the final responsibility regarding condition falls upon the buyer and their decision to bid and participate in the auction.
