With humble beginnings in a San Diego nightclub, NBC picked up Fred’s show in 1965 as a replacement TV series, which kick-started a decades-long career in entertainment. The Mickey Finn Show would eventually become the longest-running main comedy Dixieland show in the history of Las Vegas (1966-1996).
