Marion Butler Ewald (1910 - 1944) was active/lived in Maryland and Connecticut. She was born in Meriden, Connecticut. She lived in Hartford County, Maryland; She studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Arts. She was a member of the Art Union, Baltimore; The Friends of Art, Baltimore. She exhibited at the PAFA where she was a prize in 1927. She would have been 17 when she won a prize. She also exhibited at the Baltimore Museum of Art; Philips Memorial Gallery, Washington, D.C., Worlds Fair New York in 1939, Corcoran Gallery in 1941.
