18th Dynasty, Ca. 1550 - 1292 BC.An Egyptian polygonal faience cylinder seal inscribed with hieroglyphics on four sides. It has a vertical hole for the attachment. An exceptionally rare artifact, distinguished by its unique combination of being carved from stone and subsequently glazed. The presence of the pharaoh's name of Thutmose III suggests a direct association with an individual affiliated with the palace or the imperial chancellery.
