A piece that goes hand in hand with "Tropical Storm." These two pieces were created together with opposing colours to demonstrate that you need positive and negative, light and dark, good and bad to appreciate balance and appreciation in life. I created these pieces at a time in my life where I constantly battling ups and downs. The words always seemed flat when people described life as a roller coaster, but channelling both positive and negative emotions into these paintings allowed me view and appreciate the beauty in both light and dark.I am a newly starting artist so all of my artwork is one-of-a-kind. There are no prints, no copies, only one-off pieces within collections that have each had significance and meaning throughout my life. I would love for my artwork to find new dynamics with others interpretations and am very excited to showcase and share the artwork that has shaped my world.I am a Welsh artist currently living in England. Everything I have learnt is self-taught and is reflective of my upbringing and hometown. As I am from an area of outstanding beauty, and heavy industry, my artwork encompasses this battle of nature and domination of mankind. I am a very cheerful and positive woman and within my artwork, the colours, movement and abstract design reflect this.
