Offered is a beautiful set of five printer proofs, four of which are untrimmed and in their original format.

This set of printers proof has some minor edge wear and crimping.

Before a poster is printed in larger quantities, a limited number of posters are used as "test" posters. They would need to be shown to studio heads, marketing execs, and anyone needing to give approval. Often, they would leave the color bar on the edge of many of the posters, which added an extra inch to the width of the poster. Once these printer's test posters were shown to the various people in a position to approve them, the printer would print the full print run of the posters. A printer's test poster is far rarer than a regular poster.
