Comprising one terrestrial and a conforming celestial globe, each mounted on a calibrated brass northern polar hour circle, the celestial with a calibrated brass meridian ring, each horizon band with engraved paper calendar and zodiac, raised on a carved mahogany wood stand, 2 pieces

Condition
Each with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. Issues include but not limited to: Each with inhibited motion of meridian/polar ring every 180 degrees. Each with cracks and scratches to polar areas. Each with scattered tears in the paper of horizon band. Terrestrial with three 3" long cracks radiating from arctic pole, with slight lifting, and discoloration/fading to equatorial areas. The celestial with scattered radial cracks, a 0.75" x 0.5" chipped loss near center, and two 9" long deep scratches at the bottom, with attendant wear. Three of the wood supports with repaired cracks.Condition reports are offered as a courtesy and are typically published in Moran's catalogue or can be made available upon request.
