Adorned with lions and Torah crowns, views of holy sites, images of Moses and Aaron, with "Lamnatzeach" Menorahs (Menorah-shaped representations of the Hebrew text of the "Psalm of the Menorah, " Psalms 67, more familiarly associated with "Shiviti" plaques), Stars of David; with the Tablets of the Law, the four creatures designated as exemplary metaphors by Rabbi Judah ben Tema in the Mishnaic "Ethics of the Fathers": "Be bold as a leopard…"; with (mostly) biblical verses relevant to the holiday ("Standard of the Camp of Judah", "For out of Zion shall go forth the Torah", "Give honor to the Torah" [liturgical passage], "Ascribe greatness to our God" "And you shall rejoice in your holiday".
