ONE OF ONLY A FEW COPIES OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS EXTANT. Briefs mainly Francis Brothers & Jellett, Inc., Plaintiff, against Tiffany Studios, impleaded with Onward Construction Company, Defendants. These briefs chronicle the legal wrangling between Francis Brothers and Tiffany Studios about payments and work done to create the Ansonia Apartment Hotel (later the Ansonia Apartments). Included are invoices, estimates, incorporation documents related to the Ansonia.
