Frame with partial and illegible Chinese calligraphy label and with early to mid 20th C. label for A. Miller Picture Frames, Est. 1888, with a typewritten translation of the inscription. Frame, approx. 79" x 18 1/4". Image area, approx. 71" x 13".Provenance: the estate of John Long, highly regarded Virginia antiques dealer and collector.
