Vitali Bondarenko was born in 1968 in Kiev. 1996 - Studied at the National Academy of Arts and Architecture, studio temple painting prof. Storozhenko MAIn the same year he was invited as one of the best graduates in Architecture and Design Bureau of the Administration of the President of Ukraine to perform a number of monumental works in a representational objects of public institutions.
