Biography from Marine Arts Gallery Photo of Jeff Weaver Jeff Weaver, born in Massachusetts, began painting the waterfronts of Gloucester and Boston at the age of fifteen. He moved to Gloucester in 1972, and began his study at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. His work has been shown at the North Shore Arts Association, Rockport Art Association; Ogunquit Art Association and has won numerous awards including the 2003 Driscoll Award, 2005 Best in Show Rockport Art Association; and 2005 Gloucester Historic Commission Preservation Award.
