Arnett has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas and continued her education at the Art Students League of New York. She produces and appears as a master artist in "Passport and Palette" the art instruction and travel series airing on PBS stations across the nation. Additionally, her work has been displayed at museums around the country such as Prix de West Show at the National Cowboy Hall Of Fame for 14 years and has became a Master Artist of the Artists in America Show at the Denver Historical Society Museum. Then to top it all off, she has written articles for American Arts Quarterly, ART Ideas and Australian Artists Magazine and The Artist’s Magazine, and has been featured in The International Herald Tribune, Western Art Digest, Art of the West and the North Light books Painting with Passion and several others.
