Printed in red and black, musical notation with square neumes and 4-line staff. 15x10 cm (6x4"), later stiff paper wrappers.Presumably a 16th book with text and music for various ecclesiastical ceremonies, though lacking the title page, colophon, and calendar. Very similar to a book with this title and imprint published in Venice in 1540, though with a slightly different setting of type on some leaves.

Binding worn with gatherings starting, soiling and dampstaining, tears with loss from approximately final 15 leaves; fair.
