The present work is the Master Plan drawing of the Fine Arts Center on the campus of Arizona State University in Tempe, and includes the Grady Gammage Memorial Auditorium, Art Department Building, Gallery, Music Department Building, and Recital Hall. Among these buildings, only the Auditorium was actually realized, thus making it the very last project that the architect was involved in.

Inscribed to lower right 'Frank Lloyd Wright Architect'.

The sheet has staining, rips, losses, residue, buckling, and abrasions throughout. Each corner with substantial brittleness, creases, and tears. The left edge of the sheet with water stains. Several rips have been stabilized with tape to front and verso concentrated to the corners and top margin. Scattered pinholes throughout with most noticeable to the top margin along folded crease.
