Condition: Made to fit over a door panel Provenance: Previously installed in the San Francisco home of Alice Babcock, built for her wedding in 1880 by her father, William F. Babcock, Director of Spring Valley Water Company, the monopoly water provider for San Francisco 1860-1930.
