Description
A Japanese bronze mixed metal jar, dating from the Meiji period. Over a small circular base the wide bronze jar extends outwards at slight angle, then rises with slight tapering to a very short neck. Body is decorated with sparse raised dandelion forms in silver and gold mixed metal,a small rectangular incised mark on the base.
