Brass Lantern with MacBeth #209 Red/Clear Globe

Item Details

Description

A very nice F. O. Dewey brass frame with markings on the base of the bell. The screw in fount assembly comes out just fine. The kicker is the "MacBeth #209 Pearl Glass" globe. It is very nice to get a 2 color with these markings. The globe is tight in this frame and has a display height of exactly 4". The globe retainer has worn some of the MacBeth etched lettering. . You can just make out the #209 / PEARL GLASS marking. More than likely this is Fire Department (chief) rather than railroad.
